Reservation Of Rights - AI

Cimelde Records expressly reserves all rights in respect of the use of any content owned, licensed, or controlled by the label.

No recordings, compositions, lyrics, artwork, images, videos, metadata, website content, or any other material published or distributed by Cimelde Records may be accessed, copied, reproduced, extracted, scraped, mined, or otherwise used for the purpose of training, developing, testing, commercialising, or operating artificial intelligence (AI) systems, machine learning models, large language models (LLMs), or similar technologies without the prior written permission of Cimelde Records.

This restriction also applies to the use of artist names, likenesses, voices, branding, logos, visual assets, and associated metadata. Cimelde Records expressly reserves all applicable rights under copyright, database, intellectual property, and related laws, including, where applicable, Article 4 of Directive (EU) 2019/790 on Copyright in the Digital Single Market, and any equivalent legislation in other jurisdictions.

Any permission for such use must be granted expressly in writing by Cimelde Records.
